Ken is an Expert Quantity Surveyor, Commercial Manager, Delay Analyst and Dispute Manager/Strategic Trouble-Shooter, with more than 40 years experience in procurement, project management, contract administration, claims/dispute resolution, development of strategies and procedures, QA, technical training and best-practice systems.
Ken initially gained a traditional training in Quantity Surveying with national and specialist contractors, and then as a consultant and director, experiencing management of construction-related businesses and processes on behalf of industry clients, with a particular strength in delay and quantum dispute resolution, commercial management procedures and business development.
